Why is Rego acquiring BoostTBM?
As stated in the press release, this acquisition will allow Rego to continue to gain market share, offer additional Apptio services and products, and position ourselves as a more significant partner in the Apptio ecosystem. Rego remains committed to providing our customers with access to the best Agile, TBM, and project management tools on the market, and we are confident that BoostTBM will be a brilliant addition to our Apptio offering.
When does this deal go into effect?
The closing is targeted to take place on March 1, 2022.
What type of company is Rego Consulting?
Rego is a private corporation that was founded in 2007. We currently have approximately 150 resources located in the US, Canada, Mexico, Columbia, India, Australia, and the UK. What type of company is BoostTBM?
BoostTBM is an Apptio partner providing professional services, a mobile Apptio app, plugins to drive TBM engagement, and TBM thought leadership. Their expertise allows clients to move faster and make better decisions. BoostTBM provides end-to-end implementations and services for the Apptio Technology Business Management Tool, which includes support, configuration, adoption, integrations, and reporting.
How will this deal impact our existing contracts, including pricing?
Over the next few months, we will transition operations and branding all under Rego. However, all contracts are still in-force and valid as currently constituted, including all terms and pricing.
Will I have a new Account Manager?
No. Both Rego and BoostTBM will continue to manage accounts as in the past. As stated above, over the next few months we will transition account management to be all under Rego. Existing BoostTBM and Rego clients can expect a high level of support to be maintained throughout the acquisition process and in the future.
Will the staffing on my project change?
No. Current staffing will remain the same continue to manage accounts and ongoing work as in the past. Over the next few months, we will begin to share staffing, but this will mostly be done for newly contracted work.
