Dan Greer
Dan is the President and Founder of Rego Consulting, the leading PPM, ITBM, and Work Management services provider. For over twenty years Dan has led hundreds of PPM tool deployments. As a thought-leader in IT governance, process, configuration, and innovation, Dan has used the last thirteen years to take Rego Consulting from seven employees to more than 200 PPM consultant-practitioners who have helped to guide over 650 companies in their PPM, ITBM, and Work Management software investment.
Dan helped to shape Rego’s culture of helping clients, above anything else. All Rego staff have only one metric—customer satisfaction and success—which is why Rego enjoys over 99% customer retention. Dan is a working president, spending most weeks working directly with clients implementing process and tools, and he is a leader in the PPM space, speaking at events across North America.

Josh Leone

Joshua Leone
With twenty-one years of PPM experience, Josh is responsible for software engineering and technical innovation at Rego. He is the go-to guru for all technical issues related to PPM. Josh and his team are regarded as some of the most knowledgeable experts in the field. Prior to joining Rego, Josh held software engineering and technical innovation leadership roles with Clarity/NIKU/ABT and was formerly the Director of Clarity SWAT at Computer Associates. An avid family man, Josh resides in the quaint community of Guerneville. When not working, he can be found coaching youth basketball, boating, or trying to apply PPM methodology to a wicked round of pinball.

Todd Staebell

Todd Staebell
A twenty-eight year industry veteran, Todd feels as comfortable discussing program and resource management (or software development via Agile or Scrum) as he does plumbing and electrical issues for home restoration. Todd holds a BS in Chemical and Petroleum Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines and an MBA from the University of Colorado. Todd has a wealth of experience. He’s been the transformational leader with a team that supported over 250 applications, implemented Clarity PPM for over 5,000 people, led teams in IT, Finance, and Telecom, and helped many companies recognize millions of dollars in savings through his keen ability to solve strategic problems. When not working on home restoration projects, Todd can be found skiing, fishing, and coaching teams for one of his three children. He is a big Denver Bronco’s fan, so much so that he requires all his visitors to drink Orange Crush soda.

Jerry Dolak

Jerry Dolak
A native of Michigan and now residing in the windy city, Jerry has vast experience in all things PPM. With over twenty years in consulting, Jerry has worked with the likes of General Motors, Sprint, Motorola, HSBC Bank, Mayo Clinic, and many others. Jerry earned his BA from Western Michigan, and has implemented Clarity and ServiceNow PPM solutions.

Sheri Shuster

Sheri Shuster
Sheri has over 23 years of leadership experience in the finance and accounting industry, seven of which were focused on international finance. She joined Rego in 2015 and is now responsible for ensuring that the finance department runs smoothly and efficiently. Outside of work, she lives the ultimate dream with her husband and two teenage sons. Sheri and her husband love to travel when there is time outside of life with teenagers.

Steve Winchester
Steve Winchester has been a marketer for thirty years. He began his career as an account manager at Dahlin Smith White, which is famous for creating what may be considered one of the most successful branding campaigns in history—Intel Inside. Steve holds a BA in Organizational Communications and was most recently Chief Marketing Officer at Helix Education. In addition to his marketing responsibilities, Steve also leads business development for Rego’s Workfront line of business.

Steph Harp is an enterprise management professional with over 20 years of experience specializing in business and technical architectures, operations, and professional services. She has a proven track record of building, serving, and leading diverse teams. Steph’s extensive experience includes innovating, driving change and adoption, leading and executing complex and highly visible corporate-wide initiatives, mentoring team members, and maintaining industry certifications in various methodologies and architecture. Outside of work, she stays busy with her family, pets, and friends. Steph still manages to squeeze more in as she owns a small business called PeetiePie, which produces knitted and sewn items for babies and kids, with profits given to local charities in Atlanta.

Jared has over 15 years of enterprise SaaS leadership experience at both startups as well as industry leaders like SAP. Jared has provided executive sponsorship and hands-on architecture to SaaS deployments at some of the largest organizations in the US and around the world. Jared has a reputation for building world-class technology and teams. He joined Rego in 2020, responsible for our global hosting operations in Amazon AWS and our teams that support our customers.

With over thirty-one years of PPM experience, George is the go-to person when it comes to delivering quality proposals and onboarding new Rego customers. George co-founded Project Portfolio Consulting Group (PPCG) in 2002, which was acquired by Rego in 2011. Prior to PPCG, he spent eighteen years selling PPM software at Niku Corporation, ABT Corporation, and Computer Associates (now Broadcom Inc). George holds a BA from the University of Pennsylvania (Wharton School). With one child attending college and another about to start, George is giving up his dream of early retirement.

Alyson Poston
As the Chief Customer Success Officer at Rego Consulting, Alyson’s focus all about happy clients! With more than 20 years of experience in technology, Alyson has focused most of her career working in the Project and Portfolio Management space as she began at Niku (Clarity/Broadcom) in 1999 as a trainer and consultant. She then moved to the “dark side” and spent many years supporting sales as a presales/solutions consultant. In a previous life, Alyson cultivated her love of history as a high school World History teacher before turning her interest to software and technology. More recently, however, Alyson worked as a Vice President of Presales at Medallia, a customer experience software solution, where she focused on both demos and enablement. Alyson recently relocated back to her native Texas and has even started using “y’all” again! If she isn’t on her computer, she is at her art studio where she is an amateur metal-smith.

His most prestigious award was titled, “Best Dad on the Planet,” but was recently upgraded to “Best Dad in all the galaxies” by his youngest daughter.

Michael Malone is an enterprise business development professional with over 20 years experience specializing in work management solutions. After 10 years of sales and marketing operations optimization for employers like Fidelity, Dell and ADP, he began his consulting career as a business architect. Over the next 5 years, he led a dozen large scale improvement initiatives that resulted in over $34M in realized cost savings. Michael has a BA in Economics, an MBA in eBusiness, and in 2016 became a Certified Workfront consultant where he led engagements for some of Workfront’s largest customers. Now in a business development role, he uses all his knowledge and experience to help Workfront Account Executives solve their clients’ most complex work challenges. In his spare time, Michael likes to test his quick fix abilities by participating in local autocross and off-roading events where he has a solid track record of breaking important things.

He takes a data-driven approach to providing value to his clients and has established himself as leader and subject matter expert in the infrastructure software space.

Mike Mosquito is EVP/CIO and a Senior Functional Architect for Rego Consulting. Throughout his career, Mike has created and directed cross-functional teams and implemented enterprise technology solutions for public, private, and government entities. He is recognized across multiple industries for developing and managing multi-million-dollar strategies, organizations, programs, projects, and emerging technology products while empowering large cross-functional teams to collaborate and make fact-based decisions guided by executive and technology-themed roadmaps.
Mike also leads the Rego Health group, where his team focuses on EMR Lifecycle support along with the integration of ITBM solutions. The solutions include privacy and security, automation, and strategic ecosystem roadmaps and providing healthcare systems with a new landscape for implementing, managing, and supporting their large IT investments.
