Rego University: TBM, FinOps, and Agile Summit returns April 27–29 in Chicago, brings together a group of instructors who built the systems, led the transformations, and worked through the same challenges you’re navigating today.
Hosted at the Royal Sonesta Chicago Downtown, this year’s event is designed for CIOs, IT and Finance leaders, and practitioners across TBM, FinOps, and Agile. It’s a chance to step out of day-to-day execution and into a room full of people solving the same problems, just at different stages.

A 2025 TBM Professional of the Year finalist, she brings deep expertise in helping organizations translate data into smarter technology investment decisions.
She previously led the State of Washington’s enterprise TBM program, supporting IT financial planning, portfolio management, FinOps adoption, and large-scale modernization efforts.
