Jacob Cancelliere is a PMP certified Project and Portfolio Management expert. He has more than seventeen years of experience in PPM system implementations and has helped over a dozen PMOs design and implement sustainable solutions. Jacob specializes in resource management tools and methodologies to help create balanced project roadmaps and supported staffing plans.

Matthew Palicki

Through three decades in the technology industry, Matthew has developed a passion for uniting technical solutions with his own cultural learnings, organizational insights, and process improvement experience to help companies solve complex business problems. He recently decided to bring this passion and experience to Rego Consulting, allowing him to expand his reach and impact as a Broadcom Software AOD Partner Knight.

Matthew’s areas of specialization include IT Project Portfolio Management, Program/Project Management, Strategic Planning, Lean Portfolio Management, Agile Transformation, Enterprise Agility – Clarity PPM and Rally. He is skilled in Organizational Change Management and Process Improvement.

On the personal side, he is an avid gardener, hiker, and a certified yoga instructor (using his spare time to help improve wellness and overall health in his local community). He is passionate about travel and experiencing other cultures, having been fortunate enough to travel the globe for both business and pleasure. His favorite international destinations include Melbourne, Australia and Poznan, Poland. He is also a proud father and grandfather, and family time is truly his highest calling.

Alyson Poston

Alyson Poston is the Chief Customer Success Officer at Rego where she is responsible for keeping customers happy and up to speed with innovative techniques and tools that will help them drive success.

Prior to joining Rego, Alyson was a Vice President of presales at Medallia, focusing on customer experience management. But she “earned her stripes” elevating IT leaders, PMOs, and project managers for nineteen years with CA’s Clarity/PPM team (via Niku). She held various roles at CA including Strategic Advisor in Presales, working as a product consultant and a trainer.

Wes McCoubrie

Wes McCoubrie is a Senior Solution Architect and PPM Consultant at Rego Consulting, with over fifteen years of experience implementing PPM solutions across varied industries and business units. In every engagement, he couples his systems engineering background with real-world study gained as a past PMO manager to provide tailored solutions that are backed by the long-term strategic guidance needed to realize the full value of PPM. It’s his mission to become and remain a trusted advisor for all of his clients well beyond any one successful go-live.

Ross Hensel

Ross has specialized in the PPM space for over ten years, leading functional deployments, providing strategic guidance, and training different industries in project and portfolio management. Serving a wide range of company sizes, Ross has assisted in migrations, enhancements, and PPM application support for companies like Apple, Johnson Controls, Avery Dennison, Cox Enterprises, and the University of California.

Today Ross concentrates on maximizing the value of PPM implementations and securing user engagement via architecture services and best practices.

He graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. When not traveling for work, you’ll find him bouncing around the world exploring new countries.

Michelle Merriam-Day

Michelle is a Clarity Functional Consultant who began working with Clarity in 2008 while establishing an IT PMO. She has been involved in implementing and sustaining Clarity for project and investment management since then, and for the past four years has been leveraging this experience to help clients align process, people, and tooling to achieve their business goals. Michelle has PMP and CSPO certifications.

Robert Newell

Robert is a globally experienced PMO specialist with a background in project management, governance, software development, and finance. His fifteen years of business management experience have enabled him to communicate complex technical requirements effectively and translate demands into actionable solutions for clients such as BankUnited and The Walt Disney Company.

Dave Matzdorf

Dave has been managing and deploying Clarity instances since 2006. As a technical architect, he focuses on designing user-friendly solutions that integrate seamlessly within the Clarity environment. Dave spends much of his time building integrations, executing large data migrations, and rearchitecting existing process to optimize performance. He also contributes to many of Rego’s most popular assets. Outside of work, Dave spends much of his time with his niece and nephew and traveling the world with his wife.

Karen Lifsey

Karen Lifsey is an IT and Finance professional with over twenty years of experience. She is well versed in the implementation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of various COTS applications supporting corporate operations in finance, HR, learning, IT portfolio management, project governance, and DevOps. She is a certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager and is experienced in both Rally and Jira. Karen has been with Rego Consulting since August 2018.

Her areas of expertise include Clarity (Clarity PPM), Project & Portfolio Management, IT Financial Management, Resource Management, Application Portfolio Management, Data Warehouse and BI, Agile Project Management Tools, and ERP Applications such as Oracle and PeopleSoft.

Rajini Mamidi

Rajini has been a leading technical consultant at Rego Consulting since 2014. She holds a Bachelors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering and a Masters in Information Technology. Tad Beaty

Tad is a former software developer with more than twenty years of experience in the Microsoft suite of development tools. He has an MCP in SQL Server and was working on his MCSE in Data Warehousing when he changed direction to pursue a SPC certification. Tad started using Agile methodologies in 2007 and never looked back. He has implemented Lean/Agile methods at several companies and introduced many of his employers to the transformational concepts that Agile introduces.

Luis Palacios

As a Senior Technical Solutions Architect at Rego, Luis is responsible for the deployment, maintenance, performance monitoring, and customization of solutions, including Clarity, Sciforma, Microsoft Azure, Office 365/SharePoint Online, and Microsoft Power Automate.

His background includes over a decade of IT Delivery and Support with extensive experience implementing and supporting Infrastructure & Enterprise applications for international organizations. Before joining Rego in 2018, Luis was a Help Desk and Infrastructure Manager.

Ben Rimmasch

Ben Rimmasch has been with Rego Consulting since its inception in 2007 and is passionate about making a better world, one integration at a time. He has worked with countless large enterprises and has taught technical classes at Rego University several times.

In his spare time, Ben has dedicated his life to the art of meat smoking and to programming his house to tell him and his family what to do and when to do it, much to the chagrin of his wife.

When Davey is not developing or teaching, he likes to spend time with his horse-sized dog, Malort.

For twenty years, Jeff developed and managed software solutions, and has spent the past ten years as an Agile Coach. His combined skillset has given him a deep understanding of many of the Agile tools.

Utilizing his Agile Principle/Process knowledge and tool understanding, Jeff creates a tactical and practical approach to rolling out change and improving the team’s ability to deliver value.
