CA PPM (CA Clarity) is a great PPM tool, but it’s only as useful as the data that’s collected. To ensure your organization’s instance of CA PPM is successful, you have to secure adoption.

What is CA PPM Adoption?

CA PPM adoption goes far beyond purchasing the software. Users need to embrace, use, and leverage it. Most importantly, they need to:

• Believe their project and portfolio management (PPM) software is valuable for their work and business goals.

• Dutifully enter and maintain all data.

• Leverage the processes and tools.

Focus On End Users

In your CA PPM adoption phase, it’s critical to focus on your end users. End users are your team members, Resource Managers (RMs), and Project Managers (PMs). Your end users should be just as invested as the executives. While executive leadership is crucial for creating the roadmap of a company’s maturation goals, adoption will absolutely stagnate and fail without end user buy-in.
