Jacob Cancelliere is a PMP certified Project and Portfolio Management expert and Rego Consulting’s Vice President of Account Enablement. He has more than 17 years of experience in PPM system implementations and has helped over a dozen PMOs design and implement sustainable solutions. Jacob specializes in resource management tools and methodologies to help create balanced project roadmaps and supported staffing plans.

Josh Childers

Josh is an experienced leader with a background in Project & Portfolio Management and Portfolio Management Organization and is a Clarity Consultant at Rego Consulting. He has an IT background with a primary focus in SDLC and is a technical person who enjoys hands-on development approaches to client solutions. He has been in the IT industry since 2001, primarily in Project Management and Portfolio Management and received his PMP certification in 2013.

Wes McCoubrie is a Senior Solution Architect and PPM Consultant at Rego Consulting, with over 15 years of experience implementing PPM solutions across varied industries and business units. In every engagement, he couples his systems engineering background with real-world study gained as a past PMO manager to provide tailored solutions that are backed by the long-term strategic guidance needed to realize the full value of PPM. Alyson Poston

Alyson Poston is the Chief Customer Success Officer at Rego Consulting, where she is responsible for keeping customers happy and up to speed with innovative techniques and tools that will help them drive success. Prior to joining Rego, Alyson was a Vice President of presales at Medallia, focusing on customer experience management. But she “earned her stripes” elevating IT leaders, PMOs, and Project managers for 19 years with CA’s Clarity/PPM team (via Niku). She held various roles at CA including Strategic Advisor in Presales, working as a product consultant and a trainer.

Ross Hensel

As one of Rego’s leading Clarity Consultants, Ross has specialized in the PPM space for seven years, leading functional deployments, providing strategic guidance, and training different industries in project and portfolio management. Serving a wide range of company sizes, Ross has assisted in migrations, enhancements, and PPM application support for companies like Johnson Controls, Avery Dennison, Cox Enterprises, and Office Depot. Today Ross concentrates on maximizing the value of PPM implementations and securing user engagement via architecture services and best practices. Ross graduated from Georgia State University with a degree in Computer Information Systems. When not traveling for work, you’ll find him bouncing around the world, exploring new countries.

Rob Greca

Rob Greca is the Managing Director of Agile Services at Rego Consulting and has extensive PPM consulting and industry experience. He has led and assisted leaders through various strategic and transformation initiatives at all scales. With more than 15 years of experience, Rob has broad industry exposure spanning technology, financial services, retail, utilities, and pharmaceuticals. Rob specializes in large scale, enterprise-wide strategic transformations. In his spare time, Rob spends time with his three kids, two dogs, two cats, and the kids he coaches in a club he founded: The Innovator’s Lab.

Karen Lifsey

Karen is an IT and Finance professional with over 20 years of experience. She is well versed in the implementation, configuration, deployment and maintenance of various COTS applications supporting corporate operations in finance, HR, learning, IT portfolio management, project governance, and DevOps. She is a certified SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager and is experienced in both Rally Software and Jira. Karen has been with Rego Consulting as a PPM consultant since 2018.

Doug Greer

Doug Greer is a business technology consultant with over 12 years of experience in IT business management, IT financial management, IT transformations, strategic consulting, project/program management, and professional services delivery. He’s an expert in bridging the gaps between the people, processes, and technical aspects of complex business technology needs. Doug serves as Rego Consulting’s Managing Director of TBM Services.

Taunya Moore

Taunya has worked exclusively in the Clarity PPM space for nearly 20 years in a variety of roles including Product Management, Support, QA, and Services. Most recently, Taunya has joined the Rego team as a Solutions Architect and Product Owner. She is the Industry Subject Matter Expert on the MSP Integration with Clarity PPM software, both the out-of-the-box connector and the Rego MSP Connector. Taunya holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Sonoma State University and is also a Certified SAFe Product Owner. During her free time, you can find Taunya hiking one of the many beautiful trails in Sonoma County or baking with her family.

Tad Beaty

Tad is a former software developer with more than 20 years of experience in the Microsoft suite of development tools. He has an MCP in SQL Server and was working on his MCSE in Data Warehousing when he changed direction to pursue a SPC certification. Tad started using Agile methodologies in 2007 and never looked back. Tad implemented Lean/Agile methods at several companies and introduced many of his employers to the transformational concepts that Agile introduces. He is one of Rego Consulting’s leading Enterprise Agile Strategists.

Josh Leone

With 21 years of PPM experience, Josh is responsible for software engineering and technical innovation at Rego and serves as Chief Technical Officer. He is the go-to guru for all technical issues related to PPM. Josh and his team are regarded as some of the most knowledgeable experts in the field. Prior to joining Rego, Josh held software engineering and technical innovation leadership roles with Clarity/NIKU/ABT and was formerly the Director of Clarity SWAT at Computer Associates. An avid family man, Josh resides in the quaint community of Guerneville. When not working, he can be found coaching youth basketball, boating, or trying to apply PPM methodology to a wicked round of pinball.

Rusty Lloyd

Aaron Rusty Lloyd is Broadcom’s Principal Product Manager for Rally Software. He is a forward-thinking technology evangelist with a demonstrated record of success in sales, consulting, software development, and technical support projects that transform business operations. Rusty approaches IT from an analytical mindset, using influential leadership skills. A decisive leader who builds teams in high-volume environments, Rusty drives Agile operational results.

Eric Taylor

Eric Taylor has been with Rego Consulting since 2011.  He has helped to create and manage the RegoXchange Clarity content library as its Product Manager and Librarian.  He is also an Account Director at Rego, and works with both domestic and international clients. Prior to joining Rego, Eric worked as a Sales Executive and Product Manager in the sporting goods industry.

Jeff Barschaw

Combining over 20 years of experience developing/managing software solutions and the past 10 years as an Agile Coach, Jeff has helped companies across a variety of industries deliver value while improving how people feel about their contribution. Leveraging this combined skillset, he has a deep understanding of many of the Agile Tools. Utilizing his Agile Principle/Process knowledge and tool understanding, he creates a tactical and practical approach to rolling out change and improving the team’s ability to deliver value. Jeff has also delivered custom reporting, automation, and integrations within the Agile Tool suites to help teams and leadership get even more out of their tooling solutions. He currently serves as a Principle Agile Consultant at Rego Consulting.

Brian Nathanson

Brian Nathanson is the Product Management Lead for Clarity at Broadcom. He is a certified Project Management Professional and has helped dozens of large enterprise customers realize the value of project & portfolio management for over a decade as a Clarity Technical Sales Engineer. Brian has his Masters’ of Science in Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, where he focused on the application of portfolio principles to making technology decisions – a passion that he continues to pursue to this day.

Matthew Palicki

Matthew holds certifications in ITIL, LSS, PMP, and SAFe LPM. He has nearly three decades of experience in the technology industry, most of it spent leading an IT PMO and implementing large-scale enterprise initiatives as part of an EPMO. Currently he is part of the Agile Operations Division at Broadcom, helping customers to solve complex business challenges using ValueOps Solutions. Kurt Steinle

Kurt is Broadcom Software’s Head of Product Management for Clarity. He has been a key member of the Clarity business since the product’s inception (Niku) in the late 90’s. In his current role, Kurt’s priority has been in transforming the product with a compelling, new user experience, reflecting modern ways of working, with significant focus on supporting Digital Product Management. Jean Louis Vignaud

Jean-Louis has been in product management roles for more than 15 years, starting as product manager in the Change and Configuration Management space, then moving into Application Lifecycle Management, DevOps and joined Broadcomas Director Product Management in Mainframe business division for DevOps and Open MainFrame initiative. Jean-Louis has been involved in the open source project Zowe, and was a member of Zowe Leadership Council (Zowe.org). Jean-Louis is now part of the Broadcom Enterprise Software Division and leads ValueOps Product Management and Engineering.
