Rego University 2022 was back live and in-person in Nashville, Tennessee. The whole event was a breath of fresh air. To everyone who attended, we want to say, “thank you.” Your ideas, use cases, and insights make Rego University the premiere PPM, Agile, and TBM training event that it is. Thank you for sharing your valuable time with us.

Below we have gathered some of the highlights, photos, and videos from this year’s Rego University.

Coming Together Again

Rego University felt a little more special this year because it was the first time we were gathering again in-person post-pandemic. It was a gift to connect with each other again face-to-face and to meet new friends and colleagues, too.

Some of the best connections were made over meals and during nights out on the town.

Trading Ideas and Comparing Use Cases

One of the best parts of Rego University is comparing use cases and giving each other insights that we can take back to the office. This year was no exception.

Several classes included question and answer opportunities that ended up sparking conversations and new ideas. Many times, attendees were able to help answer each other’s questions by sharing their own experiences. These types of conversations also took place during meals and in client sharing sessions.

Full Open Labs

In 2022, open lab sessions were full. Attendees who signed up got to meet face-to-face with Rego’s technical guides and work on their specific implementation and trouble-shooting needs.

Being able to do this in-person again made open labs a huge success.

Client Sharing

This year we had a record number of attendees sharing their specific use cases including their challenges, victories, and specialized insights. Each presenter put so much forethought and intentionally into their presentations. These sessions offered invaluable insights and great collaboration.

We would also like to thank our presenters for their wonderful presentations:

  • Mason Ingalls from Chipotle
  • Sarika Bhowte from Loblaw
  • Tracy Virzi from UKG
  • Kati Swyers from University of Rochester
  • Stacy Lyons from The Hershey Company
  • Danielle Weynberg from The Hershey Company
  • Allison Larsen from UCSF
  • Julie Britton from Erie Insurance

New Innovations and Integrations

Rego’s Josh Leone (CTO), Jacob Cancelliere (VP of Account Enablement), and Wes McCubrie (Senior Solutions Architect) gave us a look at some of the new Rego innovations and integrations that have recently been released, as well as sneak peek at what’s coming up.

Introduction of TBM Courses

This RegoU included the introduction of a new TBM track. TBMAs and other TBMO team members joined classes on Apptio BI, Building TBM Roadmaps, Maturing TBM Apptio Adoption and Engagement Best Practices, and more.

TBM attendees added tons of value with their fresh insights and perspectives.

Thank You to Our Partners

Rego University 2022 was exclusively sponsored by Broadcom Software. Their ValueOps (Clarity and Rally Software) thought leaders offered an in-depth keynote and classes on Value Stream Management and its importance in our shifting markets. Thank you to everyone from Broadcom Software who made Rego University 2022 possible, and the knowledge you shared.

Additionally, Rego University was also attended by our wonderful partners Apptio and itdesign GmbH. They made themselves available to answers questions, give support to attendees, and share the latest and greatest. Thank you for your partnership and for attending RegoU.
