Why attend RegoU 2022

1 – It’s the Leading Clarity Event of the Year

Rego University is the largest Clarity event, with hundreds of Clarity community members attending who represent large organizations in numerous industries. Rego provides services to 70 percent of Clarity and Rally Software customers. Many of these customers attend this event for training, networking, and fun.

Last year, even though we were virtual, we hosted over 1000 attendees and over 50 classes. We are excited to be able to host an in-person event this year.

In past years, attendees have told us about their experience attending RegoU. Some comments include:

  • “Loved the presentations, and downloadable presentation docs…”
  • “A must attend for everyone from the early adopting team to the most experienced users.”
  • “It’s the best training conference I’ve attended. There is nothing else like it.”

2 – Beneficial for all PPM Roles

Rego University provides classes suitable for many PPM roles and experience levels. Whether you have been using Clarity for five years or six months, you will find practical classes for your experience level. Session topics go far beyond just project management roles.  If you are looking for a way to leverage the usage of Clarity to realize improved outcomes, you’ll find classes to help you learn practical information that you can bring back to your company and implement right away.

Technical hands-on sessions will be available to cover topics such as beginning and advanced administration training, reporting, working with connectors, utilizing Power BI, and more. The functional classes cover OOTB configurations as well as best practices.

3 – Networking: Meet and Mingle with your Peers

Imagine sitting across the table talking shop and exchanging ideas with others in your industry or job role. This is a big part of RegoU. This event is the perfect opportunity for you to meet and network with your US-based and international peers. While our Rego Guides provide first-class support, you can also learn volumes from your colleagues.  And once you make new connections, you can rely on them in the future to continue to provide you with professional camaraderie and industry insights.

“I found the classes and other attendees very helpful and was able to connect with quite a few for future information sharing!”

4 – Direct Access to Rego Expert Guides

You’ll have the opportunity to ask our Rego Guides questions directly and discuss your topics of interest with them. You can present your questions during a session, or our guides are just as available to talk through an issue around the breakfast table. We’ll also provide hands-on training and opportunities to sit down one-on-one with Rego experts.

Our Rego consultants have helped guide 650+ organizations in PPM and Agile including 60 percent of Fortune 100 and 70 percent of Fortune 20 companies. Every guide is senior level in their industry and due to having the best talent, we have a 98 percent retention rate. The Rego team is made up of only highly experienced expert practitioners with real-world experience.

If you want to learn more about a specific topic, ask your Rego guide to connect you with the most applicable SME. If you know who to talk to in advance, you can better plan your Rego University experience.

5 – Gain Insight to PPM Best Practices and Methodologies

While many classes are Clarity oriented, you’ll find other courses of interest that are methodology focused. Perhaps you are in the middle of an Agile transformation and would like to gain more insight and guidance on using Clarity in conjunction with Agile efforts. We will be providing a Clarity-Agile Integration class to cover this topic. Other presentations available include Project, Resource, Finance, Roadmap, and Demand management best practices. We are offering a Leading Change session if you are looking to increase adoption and Clarity support.

We hope to see you in Nashville in September. We will release more information as the event develops. Watch your email and social feeds to access RegoU 2022 information as soon as it is released.

Rego also offers free configuration and adoption assessmentswebinars, and half-day training classes for Clarity and Rally Software® on Roadmaps, Portfolio Management, Power BI, Scaled Agile, and Jaspersoft.
