“I’ve been working with Rego Consulting for about a year. Rego’s experience, knowledge, and approach to ServiceNow has saved us significant time and money during implementation. RegoU has been fantastic and thoughtfully put together with lots of opportunities for networking.”

“I’ve known Rego for several years, and I highly recommend them. This was my first RegoUniversity. It’s fantastic! You obtain very solid knowledge without fluff or advertising. Rego is a tremendously talented organization with a wealth of knowledge.”

If you made it to the networking dinner on Wednesday night, we’re so glad you could join us. The Paradise Terrace was a beautiful setting, enveloped in a glowing late-summer sunset with snowy egrets flying overhead. We enjoyed the opportunity to share drinks and chat with you.

We owe a special thanks to Scott Fuller, ServiceNow’s Senior Product Management leader who gave an outstanding presentation about the ServiceNow roadmap. Join us for our webinar, What’s New in the New York Release here.

Five of the inspiring sessions you joined us for:

ITBM Ecosystem and Competitive Analysis
In this session we discussed PPM, APM, Agile, and ITFM with a strategic look at the key IT processes and tools that exist to support IT Business Management. We reviewed the pros and cons of various ITBM tools on the market and provided six keys to evaluating an ITBM solution.

Quantify the Value of Agile | Agile Executive Dashboarding
In this class we analyzed the cost and utilization of Agile development resources, including how to integrate financial information with work execution information from Agile tools such as Rally Software®, Jira, or VersionOne. This session explored reporting and dashboarding approaches to providing technology leaders with KPIs and trends for Agile execution, along with views that relate Agile team activity with cost and delivery.

ITBM Roadmap | Always Have a Vision
We have found that one of the keys to long-term success within ITBM is to have a living strategic roadmap. An organization must have a vision of where they want to be in order to keep moving forward. This session reviewed the key elements needed to create an effective roadmap that drives increased maturity and excitement within your organization.

Strategic Positioning and Rollouts for ITSM Tie-In
Expand and enrich your asset management practice with software asset management. In this course we learned how the architecture and structure of your IT operations and service management practices can better position you for success in IT Business Management. Leveraging the data that the ITSM suite produces can drive alignment of your application and project portfolios, IT financial models, and even annual planning. We learned how to utilize existing interfaces to engage in new customer-facing processes.

Selling the Value of ITBM
Do some folks in your organization lack visibility into the value of ServiceNow? In this class, we discussed how to increase the value perception of ServiceNow ITBM and innovative ways to sell the value ServiceNow provides to stakeholders and users.
