Tiffany & Co. decided to partner with Rego Consulting to help meet its PPM needs, due to Rego’s knowledge and history of highly successful engagements.
Tiffany & Co. was already using ServiceNow ITSM with great success. Rego Consulting introduced Tiffany & Co.’s project management office (PMO) to ServiceNow PPM and helped the company implement the solution over three months in 2016.
Rego Consulting’s agile methodologies, workshop-led approach, and focus on constant communication kept the project on track. Rego guides also provided full training for more than 75 end users, including executives, demand managers, project managers, and program managers.
