Because the client required platform governance and best-practice consulting, Rego scheduled a project management office (PMO) process review to understand current methods and develop optimal processes that aligned with ServiceNow’s out-of-the-box functionality.
Rego followed a Crawl/Walk/Run implementation approach to phase in new functionality and optimize user adoption. Executive-level reporting is critical for the client, so multiple custom reports were created through the Service Portal.
