With Rego’s help, the Judicial Council successfully brought demand management in ServiceNow for initial requests and demand evaluation and are now following project management best practices in PPM with project templates and some standardization.
Rego met the estimated go-live dates with over a week to spare and adapted to virtual training needs by holding multiple online classes, including office hours for ad hoc questions. Much to the Judicial Council’s delight, Rego also came in well under their estimated hours and budget. What’s next? Collaborating together on some quick-win features such as a purchase order data import and other various platform consulting needs to build on the Council’s new-found momentum.
